Meet Jessica and Jimmy!

These two are engaged and their wedding date is set for May 30th, 2014. So, not too far away and that makes me excited!

Jessica decided she wanted a little bit of a country feel with the location and something with water. We did our research and found a few places and Sunset Ridge Buffalo Farm stuck out the most! It had everything they wanted and more including buffalo which was pretty cool to see right in Roxboro, NC.

They started off with camo outfits and bows because they both LOVE to hunt. Then, they moved to something with a little more dressed-up feel, but Jessica kept it casual by keeping her adorable cow boy boots on. Now, something to note about these two is that they’ve been together since very early high school. About nine years if I remember correctly. So, it’s even funnier when you read the hearts Jessica had made – “It’s about time”.

Jimmy was so sweet to her the entire time. He was great to talk to and man, does he love hunting! We had a conversation about how hobbies become so much more than that and you develop a passion for it. You just can’t let it go. It’s what drives you for success. I remember him specifically saying that it was ok to have a night off from hunting because he had the biggest catch in making Jessica his fiancé. How sweet is that?!
